Pelican was inspired from a photo my friend Karen’s son, Sean Delph, took at the beach off the Texas coast. I remember being on the Florida coast when we were kids and seeing these guys diving for fish. They always looked to be having such fun in the sun and water and always came up on the pier all dripping and wet – and laughing.
