Dreaming Colorful Dreams – (18″x26″ Quilted Art -$275)

This was inspired by a watercolor sketch I did at one of the AVAA life drawing sessions. It was a short sketch and so I didn’t have time for lots of detail and I simply tried to replicate the sketch in fabric and thread. It was my first attempt at drawing details with thread but I’m pleased with the effect. I also enjoyed working with such bright colors.
